Friends of Allegheny River Trail in Clarion County - Volunteer Form.

Allegheny River Trail in Clarion County, (ARTinCC) is pleased to announce that the Emlenton - Foxburg section of the Erie to Pittsburgh Trail is becoming a reality.  We have secured one mile of the trail corridor and are seeking required permits so that we may begin fundraising for construction.  The trail will begin with a one mile section starting at the Foxburg bridge going north, eventually closing the three mile gap between the two towns.   Plans include a parking area and a Foxburg riverside park. We hope to preserve and improve the existing non-powered boat launch if funds are sufficient.  Construction costs and available funding will determine the final plans.  The northern trailhead in Emlenton and refurbishing of the Richey Run Bridge are in the planning stages, DCNR and DCED grants having already been secured.  Your tax deductible donations and volunteer work will help us to qualify for significant matching funds as grants from various agencies.
We thank you for your interest and, with your generous help, we will connect Parker to Foxburg to Emlenton all the way to  Titusville, and eventually to Erie and Pittsburgh, realizing our part of the “Great American Rail-Trail” spanning the entire nation.  This trail system will bring proven economic benefits to our communities and health benefits to bikers, hikers, runners and cross country skiers as well as water sports enthusiasts.
If you would like to support ARTinCC with volunteer help, materials or construction equipment, please complete and submit this FORM now.  Your information will help us build a secure spreadsheet from which we can contact volunteers for specific projects.

We can not accept monetary donations through Facebook.  In addition to the opportunity to make a secure tax deductible donation now, you will find information about our many levels of sponsorship and membership and our social media sites on our website:  https://www.artincc.org

ARTinCC is committed to not use any of your personal information as part of any marketing or advertising campaign.  When you volunteer your time and/or equipment, and it counts as a match for a DCNR or other grant, ARTinCC must disclose what you did, where and when as part of contract audits.  See our website for our complete Privacy Policy.

At first glance, this may seem like a rather long form with many questions, but only a few of them will apply to each volunteer. It will only take a few minutes to complete the form.  Thanks for your patience.  And don't forget to click, "SUBMIT".
