Booth fees are non-refundable. 

Once formally accepted by written confirmation, you'll receive an invoice sent via email only for online payment via credit card or bank transfer. Cash or check are also acceptable and the online invoice will be updated upon payment receipt. Please make checks payable to "Pointe D'Vine LLC," mail to Attn: Jessica Speckhart 276 Highway 57 Quincy, IL 62305. PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR INVOICE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
