College Edge Nomination 2024
West Shore Community College has designed College Edge to give students who experienced pandemic-related learning loss an EDGE in the following areas:
1. Community learning experiences
2. Fun skill building opportunities
3. Knowledge to improve confidence for college success

Students will experience a kick-off event and 4 adventures every other week in June and July, followed by a two-week academy (August 5-16) focused on English, Math, and College Success.

There will be no cost to participate and a number of financial incentives for attending will be available. New laptops will be provided. Transportation assistance is also available.

Please complete the nomination form as soon as possible. Students can nominate themselves. We encourage you to nominate more than one student if you can! Submissions will be evaluated as we receive them. We are hoping to serve students with financial, social, and/or logistical barriers. We are currently evaluating nominations until we fill all available seats.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Amber Rozek, Coordinator of Enhanced Academic Support, at arozek@westshore.edu or 231-843-5556.
