Schedule
Weigh In: Friday, November 1st @ Torque Barbell Gym (253 Norseman St. Etobicoke)

Morning: 9am-12pm
Evening: 5pm-7pm

Mandatory athlete meeting starts at 8am Saturday morning before lifting.

Lifting starts at 9am.

Combo rack. No monolift.

25kg Cerberus squat bar for squat.
20kg Texas Power bar for bench.
20kg Texas Deadlift bar for deadlift.

Awards and Records
Trophies and medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, in each class with 2 or more people.
Cash prizes for overall best lifter ($500 for men, $500 for women).

Lifts and records will be recorded and submitted to World Raw Powerlifting Federation (WRPF). Please check Open Powerlifting for records and results.

Rules
-All lifters must be present for the rules/athlete meeting 8am!

-One-piece legal lifting singlet MUST be worn. All equipment must be within WRPF specifications. Equipment check will be completed at weigh-ins. All WRPF rules apply. Please review the Rulebook for equipment details: www.wrpfcan.ca

-Lifters must have a WRPF membership to compete. After registering please go to the WRPF CANADA website to get your membership: https://www.wrpfcan.ca/memberships. Memberships are valid for all competitions within 1 year of purchase.

-Lifters late to the competition or who miss weigh-ins will be disqualified.

-Payment Link Your registration is not complete until you send payment.

-NO REFUNDS after registration is complete.
