4K Placement Information 2020-21
In an effort to stay on schedule with placement for incoming 4K next year, we are asking that parents planning to send their child to 4K in the fall please complete this online form no later than April 10th so we can begin the process. Please note, this form will not take the place of our actual enrollment paperwork and your child's birth certificate and proof of residency will still need to be verified prior to the start of the school you.
