Hot Thanksgiving Meal Delivery November 19th
PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM FOR EACH CHILD!  YOU MUST SIGN UP BY TUESDAY 17TH AT 4:00PM!!!

During a normal school year Wayne County School Foodservice will prepare a hot Thanksgiving meal the week before Thanksgiving and serve at the school.   Due to being virtual this year we wanted to make sure our students still had the opportunity to receive a hot Thanksgiving meal.  

Wayne County School Foodservice and Wayne County School Transportation Department have come together to make sure our students have a hot meal delivered to their home.   On November 19th the School Foodservice staff will prepare a hot Thanksgiving Meal which will include ham, mashed potatoes, dressing, green beans, roll and a milk.   The transportation will plan on delivering this meal to homes of our enrolled students who sign up.  These students are the students who would normally ride the bus during the afternoon.  We will also have these hot meals available for pick up during the normal Parent Pick up time at the back of Middle School in the drive around for those students who are normally parent pick up.   However, due the need of knowing who will be home to receive the meal and knowing who will be picking up, we have to have a sign up.  

Please sign up below as to whether your child will need the bus delivery or you will be picking up this meal at parent pick up during the afternoon.  Delivery to the home could be anytime between 3:15 and 5:00 pm.  Parent Pick up of meals will be between 3:15 and 4:30 pm at the back of Middle School.  If  your child rides the bus but will not be home to receive it, you can choose to pick the meal up during parent pick up.   Only complete the section that applies to you your child.  

If your child is not home to receive the meal they will have to go on to the next stop, we will not be able to back track.  

WE WILL HAVE OUR NORMAL CURBSIDE PICK UP ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 20TH FOR THE 7 DAY OF MEALS.

PARENT PICK UP STUDENTS PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTION IF YOU PLAN ON PICKING UP A THANKSGIVING MEAL NOVEMBER 19TH:
Only answer the following section if you plan to pick up a Thanksgiving meal on November 19th between 3:15 - 4:30 pm behind the Middle School.  This  will only be one meal.  We will have our normal Curbside Pick up on Friday.

Only answer the following section if you are signing up your child to have a meal delivered on their normal bus route on November 19th between 3:15-5:00pm that evening.   The student must be there to receive the meal.
