By printing your name below you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and understand that the services to be provided by Webber Nutrition have been explained to you in full, upon signing up to the 12 week nutrition lifestyle plan.

1. Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times and you may request details of personal information we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.  

2. You must be 18 years of age or older.

3. Nutritional advice is not an alternative to medical advice. It is strongly advised that customers seek medical advice before starting any weight loss, diet or nutrition plan. Webber Nutrition will always endeavour to offer advice that will not risk the health of the client. Nutritional advice is not an alternative to medical advice, therefore any person suffering from conditions requiring medical attention, or who have symptoms that concern them, should consult a qualified medical practitioner. Webber Nutrition may refer a client to a General Practitioner (GP) and/or specialist dietitian if they are concerned for the health of the client or cannot knowingly fully support their needs.

4. Use or application of any information and content provided on webber-nutrition.co.uk is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. Content is provided for general use, and it is the responsibility of the client/consumer to ensure that any products, services or information available via webber-nutrition.co.uk meet your specific requirements.

5. Payment for the 12 week nutrition lifestyle support plan can be paid in one single payment at the start, or in 3 equal instalments every 4 weeks. One single payment of £135 via BACS transfer is preferred however you can pay in 3 instalment of £45 via GoCardless.

6. By signing up to the 12 week plan you are committing to the full 12 weeks. If you wish to stop at any point before the 12 weeks, you will still be charged any outstanding fees if you opted to pay in instalments.

7. Meal plans are tailored to your energy needs based on your dietary preferences as much as possible. Vegan and vegetarian friendly plans are also available. Comprehensive support will be available for all customers throughout the 12 week plan, including alternative options for anybody who cannot eat certain foods.

8. Customers will be asked to take progress photos before, during and after the plan to monitor improvements to their body composition. Customers will also be asked to share their transformation photos with Webber Nutrition to promote their services and testimonials on social media, webber-nutrition.co.uk and service descriptions. Images will not be used without written consent. If a customer does consent but wants to remain anonymous, their face and name will be covered/removed from the photos.

9. All clients will be invited to like the Webber Nutrition Facebook page if not already done so and will be subsequently invited to join the Webber Nutrition private Facebook group. Access will be permitted throughout the 12 weeks, however upon completion, a direct debit payment of £10/month via GoCardless will be sent out for the client to remain in the group.

10. Webber Nutrition reserves the right to change or amend the service at any time.

11. All goods supplied remain the property of Webber Nutrition until initial payment and a signed copy of T&Cs are received. Plans will be distributed within 3 working days once these have been received.
