This registration form includes 1-12 grade and parents including: Family Faith Formation, Sacramental Preparation for First Reconciliation & First Communion, and Confirmation.

Please send in your $75 registration fee per student (or max payment of $200 for larger families) to Blessed Sacrament, PO Box 27, Stowe, VT 05672, with a memo ‘for religious ed.' Payment can also be made online through the parish donate button here: https://bscvt.com/donate. Please contact Fr. Jon if you need a scholarship: jschnobrich@vermontcatholic.org.
