Potential Player Conflicts Millers Tryouts
We ask that you make every attempt to attend tryouts on the predetermined dates, however we understand there are some circumstances that may prevent this from happening.  If your player has a conflict with more than one tryout date, please fill this form out for each date conflict.
Our registrar will be in touch prior to tryouts to confirm absence and discuss potential makeup dates.
