Vendors must include the following forms with the application.

* All Sellers—WI Seller (S-240) Form. All vendors selling product must fill out the WI Seller (S-240) Form Part C

* Food related only—Copy of Eau Claire County Health Permit or Wisconsin Department of Agriculture License. Anyone providing food related items must have a permit or license.

Information/Cultural Sharing (Non-Sales) – no fee

Craft/Product/Food Sales / Food Trucks - Donations welcome to help seed the 2024 event. Suggested donations $50-$200 from proceeds (Payable at event or by mail to above ECAHMAA address)

SPACE and IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pavilion Booth Size: Booth spaces are 12’ x 12’ with additional room for one vehicle to park.

Open Area along sidewalks: Assigned space (10X10). Tents must be weighted and not staked.

Setup/Take Down: Vendors and Table Hosts may begin setup at 10:00 AM. Set up must be completed by 12:30 PM. All are responsible for providing their own equipment (i.e. cart, tent, table, chairs), offloading equipment and setting up/taking down booth. Take down may not begin until 6 PM.

Parking: Vendors/table hosts assigned space in the pavilion may park at their assigned space. No other assigned parking is available. Food Trucks will be assigned their area.

Cancellation: In case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. Look for information at: Chippewa Valley Multicultural Festival | Facebook

Cleanup: Secure your 2024 invitation by completely cleaning your assigned area after the event. Care must be taken to avoid spills and stains. Trash must be placed in appropriate containers and dumpsters. Boxes must be broken down and placed in recycling dumpsters. Grease/oil may not be added to containers or dumpsters but must be removed and taken with the vendor following the event.

Electrical: Vendors requiring electricity shall signify need on their application.

Liability: Visit Eau Claire, the City of Eau Claire, Joining Our Neighbors Advancing Hope (JONAH), Eau Claire Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association Inc. (ECAHMAA) assume no responsibility for any financial loss, theft or injury. Vendors shall indemnify and hold harmless Visit Eau Claire, the City of Eau Claire, JONAH, and ECAHMAA from any action, suit, claims, payments, costs or damages which may be brought against them arising from participation.

Sales: Vendor must complete the WI Seller (S-240) Form Part C and return with the application. Vendor may only sell items submitted on their application.

Signage: Signage must be professional. Event Organizers reserve the right to remove inappropriate signage.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited.
Alcohol: Alcohol is prohibited.
