Is a highly challenging role with a large amount of responsibility and freedom to execute. You will be trusted from day one to own and build an entirely new capability. Thus, this person must demonstrate high levels of initiative, follow-through and independence in the way they operate - there is no room for micromanagement here.
You will be expected to develop and raise a BDR capability from scratch. This includes all processes, procedures, tech and involvement in hiring and training of your BDR reps.
