Eagle Township Land Division/Combination Application
The division and consolidation of land shall be in accordance with the Land Division Act (Michigan Public Act 288 of 1967, as amended), the Eagle Township Land Division Ordinance, and the Eagle Township Zoning Ordinance. No lot or parcel shall hereafter be divided into two or more lots and no portion of any lot shall be sold, unless all zoning lots resulting from each such division or sale conform to all regulations of the zoning district in which the property is located. 

This application may be used for:
  • Lot Splits/Land Divisions
  • Lot Combinations
  • Lot Boundary Adjustments

Application Escrow
Eagle Township requires the deposit of funds into an escrow account prior to the review of any zoning application. The escrow account funds the administrative application fee, as well as reviews and processing by the Township Zoning Administrator and Assessor. Any unused portion of the escrow will be returned to the applicant upon conclusion of the review and parcel creation process. The required escrow deposit for Lot Splits, Combinations, and Boundary Adjustments is $770.
