Family STEM Night Kit Request Form
*We are currently accepting requests for Family STEM Nights in School Year '23-'24!

This form is intended for reserving STEM kits for use at a Family STEM Night.  If you wish to borrow materials for classroom use please use the Materials Lending Library Form at: https://goo.gl/forms/qHTKoFHsQ6YsuV2U2

-Please complete this form at least 2 weeks prior to your anticipated pick-up date.  We need time to confirm the availability of the materials and to get them ready for you.

-For STEM Nights we are able to fill the kits with enough materials for 100 students.  Please refer to the materials list of each STEM Kit to supplement these materials if needed.

-Materials Pick up / Drop off / Delivery takes place from 8am to 5pm Mondays and Fridays at the Northeast Georgia RESA Office at 375 Winter Street, Winterville, GA, 30683.

-Picking up the materials is wildly helpful, but delivery is available.

-Training for use of each kit is also available upon request.

-Materials are checked out for 1 week at a time (i.e. From one Monday to the next Monday, or one Friday to the next Friday.)

When will you pick up the STEM kits?
Pick up (and delivery) occurs Mondays and Fridays from 8am to 5pm at the Northeast Georgia RESA Office at 375 Winter Street, Winterville, GA, 30683.

It is suggested pick up / delivery occur 1-2 days prior to your event.  If teachers/volunteers need assistance with utilizing the kits, we are happy to do a training.  We are also happy to simply deliver the kits.  All of the kits include directions, and can be easily utilized with minimal preparation by the teacher/volunteer.
