CBRD Code of Conduct

This document describes the expectations our league has of its members. To be a member of CBRD, you must acknowledge and agree to adhere to these expectations.

Casco Bay Roller Derby (CBRD) envisions a league that is welcomed as a positive influence in our community. Therefore, CBRD’s Code of Conduct is built on a foundation intended to build trust and strong relationships, and we expect a high level of respect and courteous attitude from our members on and off the track. CBRD members should always strive to build and maintain a positive working relationship with every league, skater, official, vendor, and fan they encounter, especially while representing CBRD.

These expectations are not limited to CBRD events but apply to any situation where CBRD’s reputation or vision may be harmed including on social media, print media, or any other non-direct means of contact. Stricter disciplinary penalties will be placed on members officially representing CBRD or when their actions impact another league.

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action up to and including loss of CBRD membership and being banned from all CBRD league events.
