Registration is currently closed- Please complete registration to be able to participate in the virtual Night to Shine celebration. If any spots open up to attend the in-person event, you will be contacted. We are incredibly excited that Night to Shine will be offered both as an in-person event on February 10, 2023, and a virtual event held on that same night. The Night to Shine prom will be held 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
Following the widespread challenges of COVID-19, we all were faced with the task of adapting many aspects of life including moving to virtual formats for nearly every occasion, including Night to Shine. While we are overjoyed to be able to move forward with plans to hold Night to Shine events in-person in 2023, this past year has impressed on us the importance of reaching guests who, pandemic or not, are not able to attend in-person due to illness, mobility, overstimulation, no in-person event in their area and other barriers. Going forward, Night to Shine will be offered to every honored guest giving them the opportunity to be celebrated and experience God’s love even if they are not able to physically come to Night to Shine. Please complete this form for both the in-person and virtual events.
In prior years when the Night to Shine prom was held in-person, there was an increasing need for new guests to attend. We have made significant changes to allow for more guests to attend,
We do want to make sure the magic of the night is shared with everyone in our community. Guests who have never attended a prom and register by January 1, will be selected first. Should we have more than 275 registrations, potential guests will be placed on a waitlist. We will be making announcements on how many guests have registered on our website.
If you want to only participate in the virtual Night to Shine event, we must receive your registration by January 20. We will deliver a gift bag that will have all the elements needed for your virtual event on February 10.
If you are unfamiliar, each guest attending Night to Shine will be assigned a buddy. Each guest's buddy will be the same sex (unless requested) and will accompany and assist the assigned guest throughout the evening. They will provide companionship and any assistance they may need during the event. If possible, we will try to assign buddies to guests that they have had in prior years.
