Whether you are sending us your own MRI, CT, or radiograph images, or just need to view images that we have taken at one of our imaging clinics, you are in the right place. To get started, we just need a little bit of information in the form below. Please read the brief notes below before filling out the form.

Are you a new Client? Ambra is our cloud-based PACS provider. Before we can read your case, we need to create an Ambra account for your clinic and work with you or your IT team to set up the DICOM address on your MRI, CT, Ultrasound, or X-ray machine. You will get login credentials to your own portal where you can view past cases and reports. To get started, we will need some basic information. This process can usually be completed within 24 hours and we can provide you with a shared Google Drive folder if the request for your first case is urgent.

Please note, if you are selecting #5 below for urgency, we will need to find a temporary means of image transfer such as Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Hightail, or similar. Finally, you may interact with members of our team from either Sage Veterinary Imaging or MRI Vets during the onboarding process. Both companies are owned by Dr. Jaime Sage and they share many of the same systems and team members.
