The EDGE (Middle School Youth Group) is for all students in grades 6th-8th.
We seek to cultivate disciples who are growing in belief, affirmed in belonging, and thirsting to behold our
God. EDGE leads Middle School Youth closer to Christ regardless of race/ethnicity, parish affiliation, school
attended, religious belief, or physical/mental limitation.
EDGE meets every Tuesday night from 6:30-8pm in the Saints Francis & Clare House (formerly the Brown House).
Our year runs from September 20th through our final night on May 16th.
Each EDGE Session we focus on teaching teens more about their Catholic faith while forming an accepting, loving community.
We follow Baltimore County schools cancellations and do not meet over holidays.
EDGE also hosts trips, service projects, social nights, and faith-based opportunities throughout the year.
Please Note: Participation in the EDGE is a necessary part of Immaculate Conception’s Religious Education (School of Religion) for middle school youth. If you plan to participate in EDGE for Religious Education, especially in preparation for the sacrament of Confirmation, regular attendance is mandatory.
We ask each family registering to consider contributing a $25.00 registration fee. This helps the ministry offset our costs for food and supplies. Please make checks out to Immaculate Conception Church or pay through Venmo (@ICCTowson).
All parents and teens will be placed on our EDGE e-mail list. Throughout the year, we will send out updates and
information through this list. Please print clearly. We also will publish all of our events on the Youth Ministry
website
www.immaculateym.com as well as on the Youth Ministry bulletin board and the parish bulletin.
