Welcome to the Waples Mill Elementary Band Program!  The following form is a critical part of the registration process for your child's participation in band this year. Band will meet in place of a music class for 30 minutes each week. Please be sure to signup for Band before Monday, September 21st.  The form has two sections:  General information (all students) and instrument selection/confirmation.  It takes about 5 minutes to complete.
