As a safety and security measure, all visitors and volunteers are required to sign in using the Raptor system.  This includes high volume events such as our Holiday Lunch.  In order to make this process run as efficiently and smoothly as possible, we would like to have as many names run and badges printed in advance as possible.  If you have visited Seven Hills this year, and already had your ID scanned, we can pre-print your visitor badge.  

We need your help.  We know you RSVP'd for the lunch.  This was for the cafeteria.  We need more specific information in the office in order to expedite the sign-in process.  If you are planning on attending the Holiday Lunch or THINK you might attend the Holiday Lunch on Tuesday, November 12, please complete the form below by noon on Monday, November 11, so that we can organize an efficient sign-in process.  Please plan on arriving early in order to make sure you have been signed in before your child's lunch begins.  

Space has been provided for up to 4 visitors to be listed on one form.  If your family is bringing more than 4 visitors, you will need to complete multiple forms in order to submit all names.
