2023 Performer Application - Chase BC
Please complete this form if you are interested in performing at the 2023 Village of Chase Lakeside Music Series, which includes Canada Day, Music on the Lake, and CornStock events.

This form will help our Entertainment Committee select bands, and in no way is it an assurance of a booking.

Groups selected will receive a formal offer and contract to be signed and returned prior to any deposit being issued.

Please complete this form by March 23rd 2023, to be considered for our 2023 lineup.

Final selection and notification should be completed by the end of April 2023.

Note July 1st performances will be scheduled starting at 6pm with the last band finishing at 10pm. For the remainder of the dates, all performances are from 7pm to 8:30pm

Bands are responsible for providing their own instruments (including drum kits), and we will provide the sound equipment and a professional sound technician. Please indicate any technical requirements that you may need us to provide/accommodate.
