Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. Gina, our Awesome Zumba instructor is launching her new Zumba Gold in partnership with the Growing Younger Team at the RSA in Howick. Together we will be providing the gold standard in functional ageing which has not yet been seen in New Zealand.
