Tillicum Marina offers nine unique offices with lake, marina and city views. While several of the larger offices at Tillicum Marina are occupied by long term tenants, a few of the medium and smaller offices are available for short or long term leases. Offices range in size from approximately 500 sf - 1,200 sf, depending on tenant needs and configuration.

Before you begin, please note the following:
1) Tillicum Marina has very limited onsite parking, and most units only have one or two parking stall(s) assigned to them for use during business hours on the weekdays. There is parking nearby in lots and on residential streets, but because of the limited parking, Tillicum Marina is best suited for businesses that do not have a steady flow of customers coming to the office units.
2) Tillicum Marina's buildings were constructed primarily in the 1960's, are built on a hill, and many units require access via stairs. There is no elevator access at Tillicum Marina, and the property contains uneven surfaces that are inherent at a marina. Each office has unique characteristics that are part of older Seattle building charm.
3) Tillicum Marina is an active marina, with recreational boaters and general marina activity at and on either side of Tillicum Marina, so office tenants must thrive in a marina environment.
