Next Level Leaders Session 1 Survey-  Efficacy Beliefs for Instructional Leadership
The purpose of this survey is to gauge current beliefs about your performance.  Please honestly mark the following corresponding numbers with your current leadership in your current context to gauge a baseline for which we will construct the learning in support of your leadership as a Next Level Leader.  We know that different contexts put each of us at different levels of practice.  For example, a first year superintendent and a veteran.  Also, a former high school principal as a beginning leader in elementary school.
