After School Club 19.4.21 - 23.4.21
Please fill out this form for After School Club childcare on Monday 19th April to Friday 23rd April 2021. The club runs from 3:15pm-6pm and costs £7 per session including a light tea.  Due to Covid 19 restrictions, any child not booked on to the club the previous week, will not be given a place.  If you would like to book your child(ren) in on consistent days on a long term basis, please fill out the last question.  Many thanks.
