Please note, by filling out this form, it does NOT guarantee you a spot in the upcoming season due to the overwhelming responses we receive. We will try our best to ensure you do get an opportunity to play, but make no promises.

Once selected you receive an invoice via Quickbooks and will have 72 hours to make a payment with the code provided in the email the players will receive. Please ensure you check all your email folders to ensure you do not miss the email.
