BeYOUtiful Women's Expo - September 7, 2024
Location: Shenkman Arts Centre 245 Centrum Blvd. Orleans ON

Exhibitors can arrive at 8:30am September 7th for setup and MUST be completed by 9:50am. We are open to the public between 10am-4pm. No one is allowed to tear down until 4pm and MUST be completed by 5pm. If you have any questions please let us know.

Please note we will be following all COVID protocols required at the time of the event that could include but not limited to masks, proof of vaccine & sanitization.

Costs*:
- Regular price Exhibitor (Booked after April 1st 2024): $250*
- 30 minute speaking session: $100
- Electricity (one cord to your table): $25
- 100 Swag bag participation: $10

*Exhibitor space is roughly 6ft x 4ft
*Vendors must bring table cloth & santizer for your space.
*We also offer 2 ways to earn your fee back after you book and before the event!

Once application is received we will contact you to confirm availability and arrange payment.
*Payment is what secures your space.
