Virtual Learning Parent Survey for 2021-2022
In order to plan for students' needs with respect to virtual learning in 2021-2022, parents/guardians of current virtual learning students are asked to complete this short survey by 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, 2021.

Parent/Guardians are asked to complete this survey whether they will be requesting a virtual learning placement for their child next school year or returning to in-person learning. Also, parent/guardians are asked to complete the survey information for each child who is currently a PCPS virtual learning student.

Information about virtual learning for the 2021-2022 school year can be found on the division webpage under the Parents and Students section. Questions can be director to your child's school.
