WEEKLY ORGANIC FOOD ORDER                                   Thursday 14 April 2022
Welcome to the Gathered Organics weekly order! We are a buying group that sources organic fruit and veg, along with eggs, bread, meat and other goodies with a focus on producers around the Margaret River region and south west WA. It is mostly certified organic and biodynamic, and all the fresh produce is grown without the use of artificial chemical fertilisers, herbicides, fungicides or pesticides. We only sell fresh produce that is truly organically grown, which is very different from 'spray free'! Local, fresh produce sourced directly from local, small-scale growers and makers.

This form will close 8pm Monday so we can place orders with all our wonderful growers and makers. Boxes will be ready to pick up or will be delivered (depending on the option chosen on your order form) this coming Thursday. Please only order if you are able to commit to the purchase. Everything is harvested and made to order and cancellations result in excess and potential waste.

HOW IT WORKS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

1. Complete this form and be sure to check you received an autoreply email after submitting (it sometimes ends up in your junk folder). This confirms your order is in the system. If the email doesn't arrive please follow up through Facebook or by emailing hello@gatheredorganics.com.au. A second email confirming your order will be sent on Tuesday night.

2. An invoice will be emailed after your box has been packed, sometime between late Wednesday night and Friday. Payment is required as soon as possible please. You can pay by bank transfer (preferred method) or with your card online. If collecting from Margaret River, you are welcome to pay with card or cash. If you end up paying for items that are damaged or missing, we will provide a credit or refund for the difference.

While we try to make sure you receive everything you ask for, there are occasions when a producer is not able to fulfill the requested group quantities. We pack boxes in the order we receive the completed forms so get your form in early to ensure the best chance of getting everything you ask for. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee supply. If you are charged for an item that is not received, a refund will be provided.

Bannister Downs milk and cream will be delivered to us the day before you receive your order. They are one of the last remaining owner operator dairies in WA and practice ethical animal handling and regenerative farming methods. Cambray Cheese are based in Nannup and produce a range of small batch, award winning cheeses made from sheep and cow milk.

MEAT
All meat is supplied frozen and is only available if collecting from Burton Road, Karridale or Witchcliffe or with home delivery. The chicken is local from Rosa's Ridge in Rosa Brook and they raise their chooks with unmedicated and GM free feed and on chemical free pasture. Beef is organically raised and grass fed from Lake Janis Farm. Pork is organically raised and pastured free range by Whicher Free Range Pork, near Busselton.
