Level 1: 1 Month Program

Location: Watson Wellness (3 Lois St. Tiverton)

  • In-Person Class: Tuesdays at 11:00 AM- 11:50 AM in Tiverton at Watson Wellness.

  • Weekly Homework: Receive a follow-along video to practice the skills and movements we cover in class. Delivered directly to your email—just click the link and follow along via YouTube.

  • $125/ person for 1 month

  • Geared to individuals who are 60+ and/ or have limited mobility or balance challenges.

  • Next Sessions starts Tuesday January 7th, 2025

In this 4-week program, you’ll master movements and home workout routines that will set you up for success in improving your balance, strength, mobility, and posture.
