For us to move forward, I need you to answer this form since this will assess me and formulate a budget specifically for your project. For that reason, I am asking you to answer these questions carefully.

For printed materials, consider that I'll be creating layouts only. The printing of them will be your responsibility with the suppliers you choose. If your project requires packaging, please also secure or ask for a dieline template from your supplier. All sizes/dimensions for the layouts should be sent to me as well, the designer.

A Brand Manual is a guideline on how to use your Visual Identity properly. It will help you on how to utilize your branding consistently across all your platforms.
Are you aware that the addition or exchange of parts after the budget is sent will need to be readjusted or adapted? *
Why the need to create (or recreate) your Visual Identity? *
In technical terms, a Visual Identity is how we perceive and create an impression through the visible elements of a brand. In other words, it is consist of a logo, auxiliary graphics, brand tone, brand personality, and many more.
Why do you believe I am the right person for your project? *

What investment is available for the project? *
Are you aware that there is a 50% down payment before the project will start? *
If you approve the budget mailed to you, you'll be sent an invoiced document as a guideline demonstrating that you'll have to pay a 50% down payment before the official meeting will be scheduled.

If the budget is approved, do you find it interesting to hold a video call meeting to apply the briefing, so that I can better understand your project? *
Please be guided that before I'll set a schedule for a meeting, a down payment of 50% should be deposited.
