-Both new and returning students must fill out this form.

-New students are required to submit their latest art, sketch or drawing completed via email to rashmi@artchakra.net
-Every application will be thoroughly reviewed.

-Student commitment and punctuality is very important to learning Art.

- Due to limited spots, students who do not attend class in a regular manner may be removed in order to accommodate students in the waitlist.
