Uffda Fest Vendors
Saturday, October 7th 
11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
Location: Viking Memorial Park, Spring Grove, MN

Vendors may set up in the southwest corner of Viking Memorial Park (yellow area in map below).  Do NOT set up along Main Street.  

Cost $25 (payable to Spring Grove Area Chamber of Commerce), free for non-profit organizations

Set-up is first-come, first-served.  Vendors should leave ample walking space between booths.  All tables, etc. must be provided by the vendor.  Tents are encouraged. Electricity is not available. Collection of sales tax and adherence to food laws of Minnesota are the responsibility of the vendor.   

This event will continue rain or shine. Hey, we're Minnesotans! It is up to individual vendors to decide if the weather impacts their plans.

I agree to pay the $25 registration fee ($0 for non-profit organizations) to the Spring Grove Area Chamber of Commerce. Registration fees are non-refundable. Please mail fee to PO Box 452, Spring Grove, MN 55974.  Payment is due by October 5.  *

Vendors will be be sent registration information by email at a date closer to the event, including a release of liability and agreement to sales tax and food laws.  Please remember to send in the $25 registration fee.  This fee is refundable ONLY if the organizers cancel the event. The plan is to hold the vendor fair, rain or shine! Thanks!
