Gear Loan 2019-2020
Gear is first-come, first-served, though we will do our best to honor special requests. Items must be picked up from BKLYN Commons. The address is 495 Flatbush Avenue (Suite 67) Brooklyn NY, 11225. Our storage units are in the same neighborhood and information will be provided after the form is submitted.

Pick up and drop off will be coordinated with Lola our Gear Coordinator after the form is submitted. You will receive communication from gear@williemaerockcamp.org

All rental packages are subject to a deposit along with the rental fee. The deposit is $100, and will be returned upon inspection of the equipment on the return date. Deposits are accepted in Cash Only.
Payment Information
Payments can be made online (via Paypal) or in cash. Checks are no longer accepted. Deposits are cash only (please put in an envelope with date of pick up, full name, and gear rented). Payment and deposits are due at the time of pick up. Deposits will be returned upon drop off and inspection.
