Twice Exceptional Parent/Guardian Survey
Hello, My name is Willa Kulynych-Griffith I am a senior in high school and I am conducting a study on the needs of twice exceptional students for my AP Research class. This survey is being conducted in order to analyze the perceptions that parents of twice exceptional children have in their child's needs. The value of this study is to raise awareness for twice exceptional students and what schools can do to better support them. This study is being conducted under the supervision of AP Research teacher Mrs. Michelle Henry, along with my academic advisor, Dr. Elizabeth McKay, as part of Simsbury High School’s College Board Advanced Placement Capstone Research class.  
 
The total time required to complete the study should be approximately 5-10 minutes.

While we do not expect any physical, emotional, or psychological risks involved, you will be asked about the identification of your twice exceptional child and to identify in what fields they would benefit from more support.

Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You may refuse to complete the study at any point during the process if you feel that the questions are too invasive or for any other reason.  You may also stop at any time. Basic demographic questions such as age, gender identity, and ethnicity will be collected for analysis of my cohort. Information that would make it possible to identify you or any other participant will never be included in any sort of report. The data will be accessible only to the researcher and advisor.
