As part of the Town's Master Plan update, the Planning Board is taking a survey of all the people who call Stoddard home - full time or seasonal - to understand their vision of Stoddard and how to employ Stoddard's Land Use policy to achieve that vision for future generations. The survey looks at three areas: 1) Vision - what is important to you; 2) Land Conservation, and 3) Land Use Practices to achieve that vision.
"It is the duty of every Planning Board, as established by RSA 673:1, to prepare and amend a master plan to guide the growth and development of the municipality. The master plan acts as a guide for the future."
