Cancellation Policy

All of our dates are booked well in advance and for this reason, we request a non refundable deposit to secure your booking. If for any reason you are unable to commit to the booking, a cancellation request must be submitted at least 14 days before your scheduled booking in order for KBC to try to offer your date to another School.Transfer of dates may be available however upfront full payment will be necessary to secure this moved date. If you do not cancel within 14 days of your booking you will liable to pay the full booking fee.
