Please share your ideas of an event you would like to have on November 20, 2021 that can engage you, your family, healthcare providers, and community members! We are currently at the beginning stages of organizing a community event to engage families, young caregivers, healthcare providers, and community members. We hope the event will raise awareness of young caregivers among the public and help in creating meaningful connections with healthcare providers to improve the lives of young caregivers and their families. We plan to host the event in late November. This project is led by the Spare A Thought For Dementia Collaborative (#T4D, #T4Dementia).
