we are sorry that due to the Covid-19 related travel restrictions put in place your travel plans involving the Aitutaki Day Tour were upended or you decided to change your travel plans.

All Aitutaki Day Tour bookings can be held in credit for travel up to 365 days (1 year) from the date your original travel is cancelled due to Covid-19 related circumstances and remain refundable during that period if you wish to do so.

We are doing our best to facilitate your refund - due to the unprecedented number of requests refund processing may take up to one month plus any delays banks may experience.

If you booked through an agent please have the agent contact us.

There is no need to enter your credit card details in this form, we can only refund to the same card that was used for payment. If you card is no longer valid please add this to the comments.
