Consent

1) I consent to UQ doing all of the following relating to my presentation at ISLE7, for no fee:

a) Collecting my name, affiliation and contact details, title and abstract, and photographs and recording of my presentation, and holding that information and materials under UQ’s privacy policy (see https://www.uq.edu.au/terms-of-use/ ).

b) Photographing and recording my presentation (“Recording”) and recording sessions in which I may be visible and audible at the platform.

c) Allowing the Recording to be available for free public viewing and download on UQ’s website or digital platform for two months after the conference ends.

d) Allowing my name, affiliation, title and abstract of my presentation to be available for free public viewing for a period of two years after the conference ends.

2) I warrant that none of the content of my presentation infringes the rights of any third party.

3) I acknowledge that UQ cannot control unauthorised use of any of the information and materials described in this consent, and that I may not hold UQ responsible for unauthorised use. I release UQ from any loss, damage, costs, expense, or claim (including consequential loss) connected with UQ’s actions described in this consent, including action for defamation, breach of privacy, or copyright infringement.
