Nokomis Junior High Summer Volleyball           June /July 2024
For any JH athletes wanting to improve their individual position skills, team play and strength, agility & flexibility through open gym sessions. We will hold two sessions per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00a - 11:00a. Sessions will be at the JH gym. (no session on July 4th) 
We will be attending one team summer tournament at Morrisonville on July 24th.  Team will wear a matching tank (same as last year for returning players).
A program will be designed for each athlete based on personal goals. Two days in the gym and a 3rd day on your own at home.  We may have the opportunity to offer a few select Friday mornings for open for skills & open gym play - those dates will be announced when available. 
We look forward to summer play as athletes can improve their skill based on personal goals and it is a great opportunity for team bonding.
