Patrons please take special note that by entering the Catawba Trail Farm you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry constitutes your CONSENT to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Urban Community AgriNomics (UCAN) and its initiatives, including, by way of example, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the Catawba Trail Farm you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the Catawba Trail Farm, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You further grant UCAN permission to use your likeness in photography, video, or other digital media and in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

Digital media is the property of UCAN and is subject to edit, alteration, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribution for any lawful purpose.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge UCAN from all claims, demands, and causes of action which my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

Patrons under the age of 18 accompanied by a parent or guardian are subject to this release.

Written notice to waive these requirements is required and must be provided prior to your visit or engagement.

By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge that participation in volunteer activities at the Catawba Trail Farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, theft, or damage to personal property. You understand that UCAN (Urban Community AgriNomics) and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, stolen items, or broken items that may occur during your time at the Catawba Trail Farm.

You hereby release UCAN, its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may result from your participation in volunteer activities at the Catawba Trail Farm. You understand and agree that this waiver extends to all claims and liabilities arising from negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

You have read and understand this waiver, and you voluntarily agree to its terms by submitting this registration form.
