2022-2023 YSBS Leadership Application
YSBS is dedicated to promoting professional development in the areas of business, leadership and management within the Yale community. Our mission is to educate and foster leadership and entrepreneurship by providing educational resources and organizing networking and career development events. 

We are currently recruiting for the following positions on a rolling admissions basis:

- Director: Business Essentials Bootcamp (BEB)
As the BEB Director, you work closely with the YSBS leadership team to organize the annual YSBS flagship program, the Business Essentials Bootcamp.
As BEB Director you will:

- Recruit bootcamp lecturers from the YSBS contacts and supporters pool
- Based on our expertise from the past years, organize the two-week bootcamp for summer 2022, including lecture times, Zoom rooms, bootcamp structure
- Organize virtual or in-person networking events that run alongside the bootcamp lectures (find a Yale location, hire caterers, etc.)
- Oversee the bootcamp advertisement rollout and applicant selection process for the 2022 bootcamp cohort
- Help develop course materials in close collaboration with the bootcamp lecturers
- Be the point of contact for the lecturers

- Director: Club Operations
As Director of Operations, you ensure a smooth functioning of the internal workings of the club. You ensure that the learning and experiences gathered from previous programming is passed onto other club activities and new club members.
In this core position, you will work closely with the club president and other directors to:

- Improve internal and external communication
- Ensure that the company contact database remains up to date
- Update club standard operating procedures (e.g. how to most effectively recruit lecturers, how to advertise new programming)
- Ensure a seamless integration across all means of internal communication within YSBS and all storage locations of YSBS-related files

- Director: Marketing
As Director of Marketing, you oversee the internal (Yale) and external (lecturers, sponsors, companies) communications from YSBS. Experience in web design, newsletter design and company communications is a plus.
As marketing director, you are responsible for:
- YSBS newsletter
- YSBS website
- YSBS LinkedIn
- Understanding the YSBS target audience
- Marketing campaigns for YSBS programming
