False River Academy Survey
False River Academy is planning to reopen August 10 with two options available: (1) Face-to-face Monday-Friday and (2) Online/Virtual School (using Google Classroom and EdGenuity). Both options will be available with a certified or highly qualified teacher.

Please fill out this form for EACH student that will be enrolled in False River Academy for the 2020-2021 school year. You may also complete the form if you are considering enrolling your child in the school for the upcoming school year.

Please consider your choices very carefully as your decisions are FINAL through the end of each Nine Weeks grading period. If the state moves back to Phase 1, all instructions will be delivered online.

*STUDENTS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR ONLINE/ VIRTUAL LEARNING IF THEY ARE REGISTERED AT FALSE RIVER ACADEMY AND PAYING TUITION.
