Please complete one registration form for each student that you are registering.  (For example, a family with 4 students attending would fill this form out 4 times.)

Camp Dates & Times:  Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Camps are $200 per week for full day and $100 for half day (attending either AM session or PM session only)

June 13 - 17  -- Discover God’s Design in Art (Chinese Arts and Crafts)
June 20 - 24  -- Discover God’s Design in Athletics (Sports)
July 11 - 15   -- Discover God’s Design of the Human Body (Anatomy)
July 18 - 22   -- Discover God’s Design of Faith (VBS) - Free of charge as part of ministry of Cornerstone Reformed Church
