This 10-week intergenerational arts program invites LGBTQIA+ individuals age 13-99 into the museum space to connect and create through current themes explored in contemporary art. Stay Gold is aimed at creating an equitable and inclusive environment that fosters deeper connections within the LGBTQIA+ community by bringing youth, seniors, and ages in between together to make art. You do not need to have any previous art experience to participate.
This program is free. MOCA Tucson provides art supplies, snacks, and passes for public transportation. There is free parking across from the museum after 5pm.
