How My Child Will Go Home
Dismissal begins at 3:00 PM daily.

Please fill out the form below to designate how your child will be going home on the First Day of School, First Week of School and for the Rest of the School Year.

The following is a list of the ways students can go home:

Bus - 2 separate tags for K-2 and 3-5

Extended Care - students are brought to cafeteria where Extended Care signs them in

K-2 Car Rider - students are walked to parent/adult in car rider line at front of school (Use new car tag on rearview mirror.)
3-5 Car Rider- students will be brought to waiting area along playground fence where parent/adult drives up to get them

Day Care Van (pick up at same dismissal time 3:00) on bus loop following buses exiting.

Unescorted Walker (3-5 only)- students dismissed on their own from the hallway facing Trophy Drive.

Escorted Walker- student dismissed to adult who meets them at the door at the end of the hallway facing Trophy Drive. Vehicles will NOT be permitted to enter the staff parking lot on Trophy Drive. Please do not block the staff parking lot driveway nor the bus loop. Cars are not to park on the unlined side of Trophy Drive. This area is only for walkers, not another car pick up option.

THE REST OF THE YEAR:  How will your child go home starting August 19 until the end of the year? Changes can be made in School Dismissal Manger by the parent/guardian.  If your child needs to go home a different way, all changes must be made in SDM by 2:00 PM daily by the parent/guardian. *
