Desert Quest - Adult Registration
Welcome to Desert Quest 2023! Teams may be made up of 2-6 members. Registration and participation is free. Please have each team member complete this registration form.
Once registration is complete you will be provided with a list of challenges. Challenges may be completed starting at 12am June 10th and must be completed by 11:59pm June 24th.
The task list will be available in the library and emailed out on June 9th.

Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of acceptance and participation in Desert Quest 2022, I waive any and all claims for injuries, damages, or other losses which I may have against the CITY OF SAFFORD and the SAFFORD CITY-GRAHAM COUNTY LIBRARY and its officers, officials, employees and agents, arising out of my participation in Desert Quest 2022. I acknowledge that I am physically able to participate.

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT I AM FREELY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND I SIGN OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
