Hello LCS families,

Lincoln Consolidated Schools' staff has diligently been working on a safe, educational plan for the fall.  With the Governor putting out the MI Safe Schools: Michigan's 2020-21 Return to School Roadmap: www.michigan.gov/documents/whitmer/MI_Safe_Schools_Roadmap_FINAL_695392_7.pdf, it is important for us to gather more specific feedback from the entire Lincoln community to assist with making the best decision for our families and students.  You may see that some of the questions have been asked in previous surveys, but we are aware that as our state/region changes, so might your responses.  We continue to value your input and would appreciate you completing this survey by Thursday, July 16, 2020.  If you have multiple children within the district, please complete this form for each child.

The results of this survey will be shared with building and district leaders as they work to finalize fall plans. If you provide comments, please know that they will not be shared outside of district leadership unless there is a safety concern that requires the attention of specialized district staff and/or local authorities.  Thank you.
