Brief Guideline: Each competitor shall prepare and present within 45 minutes, one (01) main course in chosen class (either alone or as a combination) in modern & western style, individually plated with appropriate garnish. Competitor shall prepare two (02) plates; one for Judging and one for Display.

Registration Fees for every individual entering the 2nd Karachi International Salonnière 2022 is PKR 6,000/-.
Each Team will comprise of four (04) members and will pay registration fee of PKR 24,000/- to enter the competition.

Special competition classes have been added this year which have their own fee structure namely:
• Under-14 Pasta Challenge: PKR 1,000/-
• Chef of the Year - Individual Category: PKR 15,000/-
• Pastry Chef of the Year: PKR 15,000/-
