Panel Discussion on Graduate Studies and Mental Health
Greetings graduate students,

Hope you are all having a good start of the year and find time for yourself during this busy semester.

Graduate studies can be stressful and it is not uncommon for graduate students to experience mental struggles while completing their degrees. For many, these struggles became worse during the pandemic. To help you navigate these challenging situations, GradSWE, GradMinds & QueerSphere are co-organizing a panel discussion on common mental health issues and mitigation strategies for graduate students. If you are interested in learning about professional opinions and personal experiences on graduate students' mental health, we would love for you to sign up below and join us.

When: February 21, 6-8 pm.
Where: In person at room GB202 in Galbraith Building (35 St George Street, M5S 1A4) or online via Zoom (Zoom link will be provided after sign up).

Snacks and drinks will be provided during the event.

Hope to see you all at the panel discussion!

Kind regards,
GradSWE, GradMinds & QueerSphere
